How BowWow sizing works?

At BowWow we believe in offering the most beautiful products at the most amazing prices. This means that in most cases our items will be shipped to you direct from the manufacturer.

Processing times:

Many of our items are unique and are made in small runs or to order. Please expect that once your order is placed you may have to wait for between 1 - 3 business days before it is dispatched.

Tracked Shipping:

We offer Tracked Global Shipping with ePacket and Free Shipping options for all orders above US$100. Since we deal with multiple suppliers in many cases your order items will be shipped individually. You will receive each tracking number as each item is processed.

Shipping Times (once your order is processed) (COVID-19 Updated):

• 3% of orders are delivered in 4-7days;
• 16% of orders are delivered in 8-11days;
• 23% of orders are delivered in 12-15days;
• 55% of orders are delivered in 16+days;

These number are based from our Worldwide delivery estimates and may vary Country to Country.

Do not trust stores selling XS, S, M, L and XL clothing sizes for your dog or offering size suggestions by bodyweight.

At BowWow, we guarantee our garments will fit your do perfectly. But, we need to know some important measurements first (chest circumference and body length). Check out the Size Guide tab above for info and video.

Why shouldn't I trust XS, S, M, L and XL sizes?

Just like humans, dogs can have different body shapes and weights, depending on age, breed, nutrition and activity level. Most of the time, choosing sizes between XS, S, M, L and XL will lead to a wrong purchase and a headhache trying to get money back or a new size reshipped because there is no clothing standard sizing for dogs!

If something doesn't meet your expectations then follow the steps below to arrange a replacement, refund or store credit. Please note, we cannot process refunds due to change of mind or failure on your part to measure your dog.

For size exchange (you must measure your dog and provide us with the measurements):

1. The size exchange is either for one size up or down;
2. You provide us with your dog's neck, chest and length measurements;
3. You send us a photo of your dog wearing the product you want to exchange (or next to your dog if you can't get it on);
4. You complete these steps within 10 days of receiving your order.

In some cases, to process your ticket we may request that you return your order to our Australian HQ address, in new condition with tags, and at your cost.

For refund or replacement of a faulty product (NOT including an issue with sizing or colour looking different in real life compared to a digital screen):

1. Provide photographic evidence of the issue;
2. Clearly explain the fault and how it differs to what you expected to receive;
3. You complete these steps within 10 days of receiving your order.
